lindex problem !!! help !

Hi,
Today lindens take 29 $ form my account for the monthly costs.
Than i sold 8.500 L$ because at the $ status was -29 $ (because they take the 29 $ from my account (and not from my paypal account, what i activated and where they normaly take the money from).
After i sold 8.500 L$ my $ status was -11 $ !!??? why ?
I Sold 8.500 L$ in lindex for arround 29.90 $ and my account went from -29 $ to 11 $ ? why ?
I hope that lindens can fix that... i dont want to pay 10 $ more than i have to and maybe do it again because after paying 11$ my $ status is -5 $ or so....

i think there are problems with lndex - i sold about 10 000 linden and got less than the estimated! much less... with at least 10 dollars less
now, the credit process isn't going through for two weeks tomorrow... i think they must be having major problems or else, they are just overloaded and don't know what they are doing!

Do try sending a support ticket-they're usually very fast with that kind of problem.

Log in to the website and click "support" at the top, it will guide you through. You can also change it to German, if you're German, btw. I don't know if it can do other languages and just doesn't offer them to me because I am in Germany, but it DOES offer German as an alternative.

From: Conny Grebe yes, i am german i found it i think. i hope that they answer me, but i dont think so ^^ Ah, gut- wenn sich nach 24 Stunden nichts getan hat, versuch mal den "live chat" und sage denen gleich am Anfang, dass du ein Ticket geschickt hast und gib die Nummer dazu-das hat bis jetzt bei mir IMMER funktioniert. ich hatte mal über den LindEx L$ gekauft, die ich dann abgezogen bekam auf Paypal, aber nie in SL bekommen habe, das war dann im Livechat eine Sache von ein paar Minuten und ich hatte mein Geld.

hab bis jetzt noch keien antwort bekommen... wo finde ich denn den live chat ? EDIT: aha it seems that they answer me now 2 minutes ago^^ But what they did !??? Because i have -7 $ on my account because i wanted to wait what will happend they block my account !! it seems that they take the 29 $ (land fee) from my account... than i sold L$. And while i was selling the L$ they take 10 $ again from my account for the monthly costs. |

Ooops, wie unschön-der Livechat ist am ENDE von den ganzen "Solution Finder"-Fragen-immer durchklicken und sagen, deine Frage ist nicht beantwortet, dann kommt am Ende die Option Livechat.

FYI, all these slowdows are because you are flagged, like me, by RiskAPI... i'm just happy to see that i'm not alone in this state... maybe we should go to linden village... all together... or our complains will continue to be ignored....
