Anyone know the email she needs to contact about this? Can't submit a ticket, she can only view secondlife.com ... the front page... that's it. Can't log in SL, obviously. Just literally the front page of secondlife.com. She says all her other stuff's working.

I looked around already under support for the email, but I suck at finding stuff. Help, obviously, would be appreciated.


Does it hang, time out or give some sort of error message?

SL I believe says to check the server status page, and anything but the front page just times out. Pretty sure at least. I need to sleep now though sadly, so I'll check back when I wake up.



EDIT: I'm up now. They definitely get the error that says to check the status page. Haven't said anything about it being fixed yet. I had 'em get CCleaner, it didn't help any.
