maybe some one can explain........why is it ?... that in some sims where its almost empty..of people and scripts etc...you get continous lag?.it will be good for a day or 2.....then wham!.3-4 days of lag nitemare....lol. then you go to another sim with lots of scripts and peeps. etc. and its alot better than the empty one?.. i live in one such sim. where theres hardly any shops. or people/scripts .. and its constanly lagged out. or textures wont rez etc etc... i leave the sim and poof!. it gets alot better. ?... any one have any thoughts on this?.

I can depend on a lot of things..
Whats in the scripts that ARE in the sim.. Physics (big one) And, although I'm not sure, prim shape.. Torii have been known to lessen performance.. But I can't back that up.. _____________________

theres some waterfall and rotating . scripts/some network vending machines.... nothing out of the ordinary.. i can see.....and what about prim shape?. (torii)?....i dont know what that is.

Torii is plural for Torus, or I was led to believe so anyway.. Waterfall could cause some lag, as could the network vending machines.. Lag is very variable.. They're all placed on different servers, and some are different speeds than others.. Theres no rock solid, unbreakable reason anyone can give, as far as I know.. _____________________

so one way to help this would be to ... then have all your scripts on one server ?. or set the speeds to one setting?...... can this be done?.
