Hi

Today I received a letter from a bank telling me that I had money to return, and after going to receive explanations, I saw in the transaction list that Linden Labs charged me twice for an amount of lindens I bought around 2 weeks ago. I bought 18USD (12,33), and they've charged me 12€ first, and inmediately they've charged me other 12€...

Now, after my bank account going to zero for that dual charging, I have to return some money. Any explanations for this, please? maybe even a return of the overcharged money for that error?

You need to use the Support Portal to get that sorted out (https://secondlife.com/community/support.php - click the Log in link there), posting here will do you no good unfortunately.

If you're not premium you might have better luck calling billing (the number is on the portal) since billing errors isn't a category basics can submit a ticket on :(.

that append to me but with my tier fees was double charged, the only solution is like kitty says, submit a ticket o call to the number.

first LL says me "no problem I refund you the money" ok that whas they do at least in my SL account , but then take me again the u$s again :D, I reopen the ticket and still opened.
PD:Im still waiting a response, the"work in progress" is for more than a month rigth now lol.

Just try and wait...and I wish you good luck ;)

Thanks. I didn't call because I am outside of the US, and the fee for the call would be expensive, so I was looking for a different solution, but anyway, thanks again.

Solved: I've talked to my bank about the problem and now it is solved... luckily.
