seems that some residents game the alphabetic order of the classified to stay at the top by adding spaces before the classified name, could it be possible that the alphabetic sorting work differently? so peoples wouldnt be tempted to add spaces ~ * / - . _ , ; : ! § % µ $ = + ' " # & in front of theyr item to stay at the top?
or even better, sort every classified by the date of posting in the list
