the Radeon 7000 is ancient.. you may manage to get it to sort of work but it'll be unreliable, unstable and probably stress you out trying to get it to work.
A new card ( assuming your in a normal PC ) will cost only around $100 or so for a PCI 6600 Nv or X1600 or X800 ATI card.
