Hey i just started, i did a search but couldnt find the answer.
Why is me and everyone else plain black?
When i try and customize my appearence, i cant see anything because my character is completely black? Is it suppose to be like this?
Help.

It sounds like a video driver problem.
If you know you haven't updated your video card drivers, that would be a good first step. Please post your computer specifications, including the video card model. here is a link to the Tech Support Wiki page on updating video card drivers |

Everyone is having issues with the new Avitar Vertex Program. Try updating your drivers, if that don't work just disable Avitar Vertex Program.
