When i try to log into SL I get a message my account is on hold... go to the website to reactivate. so i go there and there's nothing to re-activate. what is this about?

yes, all fees are paid, nothing is due, all accounting info is up to date and its not just one of my avies its like 4 others. I can only log one of them in.

Here is what it says exactly when i try to log in:
Login Failed. Your account has been disabled. Please visit www.secondlife.com to renew your membership. i have a basic account with no land tier, so it can't be a billing issue. HELP! I emailed [email]support@lindenlab.com[/email] Friday and they won't get back with me. |
