Is there a specail password to log into the preview grid????

I have been trying to log into the preview grid but it comes back saying " login in failed- please make sure your caps lock key is off, and that you have the correct account name and passward"
well caps key is off and user name is right and passwoard is right any one know whats up???

pretty sure preview is packed and clogged up , good luck logging on it :o

ok I I just found out why, the preview grid is over logged and the password you need to use is the one you had b4 october 17th if you have changed it since then
