For some reason i can not log in with this account. i really don't know what to do, everytime it gets to connecting to region sl stops resoponding....... please help!!

Need a lot more info: what type computer, CPU, grapics card internet connection... there are countless reasons why. Gotta narrow it down for us mere mortals.

I had no problem getting online the last 3 or so weeks i have been playing, i have an nvida 256 gcard, 6 mg internet connection, can't remeber the cpu but its good and 768 ram.
for some reason yesterday i was playing happly and then i had to log out to go to the shop and when i came back it wouldn't let me connect to the region.
Please can someone tell me what is going on as this is my main av and it has allmy L$.

This definity sounds like you need to call Customer Support as this sounds like an account problem not a hardware problem. Haven't done anything to get suspended lately have you?
