I'm fairly new here ~ so forgive me if this has been asked or suggested. How can I STOP the IM chat from showing up in my main chat screen? It makes chat very diffficult to follow when, as a club member, you get the all the pop up message content in your chat ... and the conversation that follows them .. the screen gets flooded (can i get a tp? etc.) I know that I can close them after the fact .. but I don't want my IMs to show up in my regular chat AT ALL. Also, I have mistyped several times thinking the chat was in the public screen rather than in IM. Any ideas or suggestions for me? Thank you  |

Edit->Preferences, Chat/IM tab, uncheck "Include IM in chat history". Tada.

Mine has always been unchecked. I think that is just for when you click view the history - (it leaves out the im chat ) ... but if you view normally the im chat appears in the main screen. Thanks for the help though appreciate the response. |
