When i try to upgrade my account to premium membership via the SL-website, all i get is a blank page. When i try to upgrade my account ingame, i get an error message saying "something unexpected has gone wrong". I even can't use the ticket-system, because with my basic-status i have only a very few pre-defined ticket-types and none with my problem. Nice.

thanks for your response but i have tried all that and like i said there is no where for me to input my issue cos all its asking about what questions they have on there not relating to what both me and the original poster is requireing, the support site is not very easy to get around it is so difficult to work your way round it to find the right question. but thank you for your reply thoght it was very nice of you to do so, well it seem like sl dont want my money so i aint gonna give it to them simply maybe its a warning for me, as with the so much lag i had recently seen on sl maybe it aint worth putting money into it. i just wait till they finally sort it out imma patient gurl.
