Missing Lindens and Lag

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, apologies if it is or if this has been brought up today and I have missed the posts.

My money is missing from view completely and the lag is shocking!

Getting fed up with the consistent problems and would like to see things rectified ASAP, I was looking forward to joining with a premium membership so that I can buy land and start a business etc but now wondering if it is worth my time and/or money. The above is the sentiment of most people I talk with on SL lately...

Any advice on what I can do to get my Lindens back???

Also wanted to ask what is the Linden policy regarding Casino's that eject people because a person becomes "afk" while camping, thus loosing there money, and is it acceptable for a casino to hire "heavies" or "stand over men" for security to intimidate its campers while they are doing the above?

AND, is a casino allowed to set their slot machines so that no one ever wins?

I would like someone to check out "the mile" if possible and relate to me their findings regarding these issues.

Its just lag, log into a better place in SL and they will still be there. A blank L$ balance just means it hasn't loaded, if it says L$0, thats a different story.

You can be ejected from any parcel for any reason, you can't do anythign about it. You are at the will of the owner of the land.

A casino can do anything they want with thier gambling machines. Gambler beware. It may be dishonest, but its not against the TOS as far as I know. If they are just sitting there and you pay cash into them, you are doing it at your own free will. The best you could do is false advertising if they say the machines pay X% or L$X per day or something, but I think you'd have a hard time taking that to LL and getting anything done about it.
