Packet loss has become more and more of an issue for me in the last week or so, to the point where I have to relog after it starts showing up because I simply never recover from it, but seem to be fine again once I've logged back in. Today during a particularly bad bout, I checked how much packet loss there was. In the past, it would be around 20-30%. Today, it was at about 111% when I first checked it, and I watched, my jaw hanging, as it CLIMBED to over 200% before I took a screenshot (at 227.6%) and decided to post this. Any idea how one even manages to lose over 100% - let alone 200% - of their packets? Is this a bug? Is anyone else getting this? I'm stupefied.

I don't know for sure, but I'd bet that a number like "200%" for packet loss means that every time it tries to send a package, it loses it, and then when it tries to RESEND that same packet, that one's lost too. So 200% of the data stream is lost.
