Looks like I just may collect on my bet.. I'd bet several people at the Shelter that despite the usual 7am-noon "upgrade" window, that the grid would be down past 6pm... Here it is 5:30pm and guess what?? the grid is still down.... I wish I wasnt so cynical.. Goes with the territory here in SL...
