Everytime I login.. A message pops up telling me I have been logged out because theres mangled data or something.. what do I do?  |

Try wiping your SL cache by deleting all the files from the folder :
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\SecondLife\cache

Or set your preference before you login to login at My Home instead of last location, as long is it is not your home with the mangled data..lol
