Since I updated to 1.6.7 mouseovers on objects are not appearing for me. Anyone else have this problem? And if so, what's your graphics card and current driver version?

I'm using a 6600GT with FW 71.24. (more recent drivers have given me a lot of issues).

thanks,
Nicola

Fine here - check Hover Tips (view menu or ctl-shift-t).

graphics card 5200, current drivers.

I have been missing them much longer.
Will try the suggestion, maybe it is just a setting.

Yep Ctrl Shift T did it for me thanks. I'm a big dummy. I've just never turned it off in 2 years so was surprised to see them gone. Thanks, Roberta. :D

Ah, ok, so I'm not quite THAT dumb :)

Still, this is an interesting change. I use the Name and Description on my in-store mannequins too communicate to users specifically what they are buying. I suppose since the user also can't see the price, it's not really an issue -- they must turn tooltips back on to make a buying decision anyway...

Your other option might be to make clicking your mannequins toggle hover text above them. This can be handy for users because it provides an alternate means for the deliberately tooltip-disabled as well. The downside is that hover text looks like crap. :D
