i sign on sl and it is sayin despite our best efforts something unexpecting has gone wrong,and it wont let me on,can somebody please help me

First of all it said despite our best efforts blah blah blah. Now it continues to freeze up and crash repeatedly, blah blah blah! |

You might find the Technical Support FAQ helpful. Sometimes just logging into a different location helps too.

I got in, it took it a good 5 minutes to get through the Login Queue though. Just give it time.
