PLEASE HELP!!! CAN'T LOG IN!! I'M DESPERATE!!
I was in couple of days ago until I was trying to load itunes & quicktime. I now have completely taken everything Apple out.
I've tried clearing cache, completely reloading SL & Quicktime-restarting computer-fails everytime right after quicktime-says "Encountered a problem & needs to close".
Error relating to quicktime.qts 7.4.0.91 offset 000985b9.
I've tried all the "tricks" including new start place & using alternate-still can't get in!
Have lots of property & need in to take care of!
Any help appreciated!

try this - uninstall your sl viewer - uninstall quicktime/itune - delete C:\Users\*your pc user name*\AppData\Local\SecondLife or C:\Users\*your pc user name*\AppData\Roaming\SecondLife depending on whether you are using wireless or not - install latest version of the quicktime/itune - install the sl viewer
have you installed anything prior to this? could be a coding plugin issue.

Randomly in Google results there's a suggestion to another person who had quicktime.qts crashing a different application: Open Quicktime preferences in Control Panel, and on the Advanced tab, change Video from DirectX to Safe Mode... There's also a similar option for Audio...
Sorry in advance if this advice sucks :x
