Crashed while loading and now I can't get in

I was teleporting to a new location when I crashed and now I can't get in under my character. I logged in with a friends, on my comp and it works fine so I know it's due to me crashing. My Avi just appears to be out in the middle of no where, but the loading stops at "waiting for region handshake" Then I get a message saying "unable to connect. Login packet never received by login server."

It's getting really frustrating as I've tried over and over. Any idea's? Thanks for your help!

On the login screen choose Perferences... Network tab -> Clear Cache, quit and then run SL again. This may work.

Don't ask me why SL can't determine the cache is corrupt as you don't want to get me started.
