I have an idea of what might be going on, but there seems to be something about gestures for me.
Going to a sandbox is probably going to be my best example. I make a block, send it up to 768m, and stand there (I'm away from people. My draw distance is upwards of 300m, and I don't see anyone around). I play a gesture or two, and after a while, I'll here the gesture sound AGAIN, along with other gestures that I have though haven't performed. Are some gestures playing sounds globally, so everyone can hear it, or is something getting stuck and playing itself over?

I also hear gestures that AREN'T mine, as if they were being played right beside me, though no-one is anywhere near me.
