I sent the following email to support and billing but i'll post it here to see if you guys can help.
"Everytime I try to process my USD credits, it bounces back to my account after a few hours. I am using the "Request a transfer of funds to your PayPal account". I've tried to transfer my US$143.15 to my confirmed paypal account and it bounces back. I've transfered before with my alt and it worked fine.
Please Help.
