A friend of me is not being able to log on on his free account, it keeps saying that he needs to try and turn off caps, and try again, but he says its not the caps lock.
He cant log on the SL site, nor the game.
Can anyone help my friend?

That sounds like SL isn't accepting the name or password. Need to make sure they are typing it in correctly. It may also be they haven't registered or the account isn't working correctly. If all is as it should be then he needs to contact support on the phone.
