Help Pls

I been trying for hours now to load my body and shape and everyone sees me in the Newbie skin and short and ummmm undressed.

I have Cleared Cashe Reloaded the game and still the same thing any help pls its very Frustrating.

I've been trying for hours now too (since at least 7pm... it's 10pm now). I have tried everything... the solutions in the knowledge base don't work, clearing my cache didn't work, updating my video drivers didn't work, re-baking my textures didn't work, turning my video settings down and changing my load distance doesn't work. Even letting my character stay logged in for 30 minutes straight, when all other content, buildings, and people have loaded around me, and all my prims (bracelets, hair, belly ring, earrings...) are ALL SHOWING... but my body is not.

I am at my wits end. I don't know what to do.

there is never a Linden on that wants to help this is NUTS

1. Click Control + Alt + Shift + D to enable the Debug menus.

2. Under Client...click Character, then Character Tests, then Test Female.

At this point you should force-revert to "Ruth". You and everyone else should see you as the basic newbie female.

3. Open inventory and find the skin and shape and hair etc that you wish to use.

4. Equip them and wear whatever clothes you wish to wear.



If the above steps don't help, my apologies, but from the sound of your post...that listed above should rectify the problem.
