Mine sticks at Connecting To Region when I try to log in... then my cpu gives a SmartHeap error

Not only can I not TP, but my attachments keep getting stripped as I fly around, and I have to relog to get them on again!
What's with this crap?

Usual server back log after an update...my home had over 4000 pending downloads, so move to the sim next door which only had 300 so I could TP, or change, or whatever...very normal after an update seems to take a few hours (day?) to clean up.
