System text and other text colors are mostly black now. Changing the colors only works during the session. After re logging they are back to black. Anyone else seen this?

I have the same problem. Even updated my vid drivers (per live help's canned suggestion), but that didn't fix it.
...and with all the other problems being posted, it's a bad day for SL.
