Hi there,

since days i try to add my bank account, but nothing works.
Either i get the error

"For security purposes, we have limited the number of attempts that customers have to enter direct debit billing information. You have exceeded that limit. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support." (huh?)

or

"Account Validation failed. Please check your account details and try again." (wtf?).

I already mailed the support (several times) but got no response till now.
What should i do? :(

The simple answer is don't use PayPal as SecondLife has hardcore issues with it.

Simply use a credit card for direct payment.

Well I'm a new user very careful on how I spend real life money. But the past view days I've noticed Alot of problems trying to process this credit.. So you'd think we can just try it again. (DON'T DO IT) REASON BEING.. Even though you aren't getting credited for when you try to buy but get an error your still being charged for it. I've only recieved moneyf or them 5 times.. yet right now it shows i've been billed ALOT. Close to 10 or 15times. I wonder where all these bills are coming.. Now I have 4x the bounce fee's in my account because of this problem.. Personally I think people should stop buying from Linden until they fix this. I've just recently sent them an email stating the problem, Along with their list of payments they have recieved from me. Now lets see what they will do to this. If they refuse to even look at this. I will be pressing a lawsuit amonst them.. and I sugguest if any of you are having the same issue to persue it because most companies can't admit when they are wrong.

I have seen this same problem with buying linden. Yesterday I tried buying from the website rather than inworld and it worked. But today its not working altogether. Though I have not noticed double charges yet, you better believe I'm checking into that right now.
