Group Monies

Hi there...and I know I am probably clutching at straws to get an answer here. But I am wondering why group money has been taking extra days to get to our accounts lately.
Actually... Im going to ask this in point form, because its really not clear.

* Why does it take ANY time at all for group money to be split into its members accounts? Isnt it done by computers? cant they handle dividing a lump sum by the number of members in a group instantly?

* Why is it done "Usually between 12am and 5am" (direct quote from a linden) and not at the same time every day?

*Why is it that when " YEsterday it didn't run by accident" (again a direct quote from a linden) it wasnt posted on a blog somewhere so we could access the information and not have to worry about what was happening with our money?

* why were the distributions not caught up after it was realised that something went wrong?

.....Why is it that after this happened...and whilst in the middle of the "designated" time tonight, when lindens were contacted about this problem, and they were aware that it was there... why wasnt something done to insure that it didnt repeat itself again...like it did.

I understand that you guys are busy...and there is some really important stuff that needs fixing... but can someone...PLEASE take a look at this problem and advise what is happeneing.
