I'd like to know what it takes to get my inventory back that is now "unable to attach item beacuse it's missing from the database"? Of course it has to be Christmas Eve and no one is around to help out....but then that happens when it's not a holiday. No matter what it is... I am now missing an AO, hair, several huds, a dance chimera loaded with dances, one of my more pricy shoes/boots is missing, jewlery that I was wearing.... just about anything/everything attached (except for a prim flexi skirt did survive)at the time of the crash. I was in a store looking at Chubz shoes when the crash happened. Needless to say I am very upset at the situation..... I happen to work for my Linden to be able to get the things that are nice and in a few short mins it's all gone due to some stupid crash??? I've cleaned cache(several times) and relogged, tried re attaching the items and they are simply GONE. All these things may not seem much but when you add a 800L AO,300L hair,a 360some Linden multi gadget hud that my newly adopted lil girl bought me for a Christmas gift, a chim that is loaded with 6-9 dances.. each costing AT LEAST 150-300 each plus the cost of the chimera itself, the jewlery.. not sure on pricing for that, but the necklace was a limited special edition from a store, and a 500-800L pair of Minx shoes/boots it all adds up.....do the figuring yourself. This is not the first time or the first AV I have had this happen to. As well as having two PAID accounts and all this I get no replies from "live request" and no one is conveintly able to help out. So, since this is NOT the first time it's happened I'd like to get my things back and have an explination as to WHY this keeps occuring and why it HASN'T been resolved from occuring again. Yes, I am highly upset with the entire situation!!! The Lindens want our money and our memberships, but are unwilling to reply to a help request and help when it is needed.... All I am EVER told is "file a bug report" etc... Well EACH TIME I DO, NOT A DARN THING HAPPENS OR IS FIXED, so what's the use or purpose of filing one? So they can say.. yes we received your report and have read it?... well Do more than just READ MAKE CHANGES WHERE THEY ARE NEEDED BEFORE YOU GO "UPDATING/UPGRADING" the game.
