Cannot login after logout

Everytime i log out and try to log back in i get the message.... "system logging out process. You cannot login until xxx time....xxx date. Why is this happening? Anyone else getting this ?

i've been getting this message for the past 45 minutes. Friends who are in world see me as online and every time they send me an IM, the blue window at the bottom of their screen pops up, telling them that i am online. But here i am, looking at the log in screen and getting the same annoying message over and over again...
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I think just about anyone gets this, seems they limit how quick you can logon and logoff, dunno why they did this, maybe to make sure you are fully logged off?

This happened to my partner and myself yesterday.. after 1 1/2 hours I logged on an alt and spoke with Patsy Linden.

She told me to im myself and that should knock me offline.

I did and viola it did finally knock me offline.

She said it was a known bug they were working on resolving.
