No Friends List?

I haven't had a friends list in two days. Ever since the CC crap has been going on.
Everyone shows offline. I see when someone signs on, or off, but when I log in, nothing.
I have to look to see who is online on the website, and it's VERY aggrevating...
Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, this is a know issue with the Presence server, and they are hoping to fix it in the next release.
