So I log in and it goes the the loading screen and says "Verifying Protocol Version" and stays there and after about 30 seconds a box comes up saying "Unable to connect to second life the server may be down." but the server is up because my friends are online.
What do I need to do to fix this? |

i tried that and it is still doin the same thing Then it sounds like probably firewall or router settings. (the workaround above seems to help when getting that error and all router settings are already correct but the settings are probably the better place to start anyway).
