Okay, I need help. I don't have a premium account, but I need to get a problem solved, NOW. I tried to buy some L$, and I was double charged and only recieved half of the L$. (ie.. I wanted to buy $20, but was charged $40 and only got enough for $20 worth.. I was charged twice) I tried to submit a trouble ticket and it sat with a "new" status for quite a few days, and now when I log in to the support center it says, "You do not have any tickets." Was it just deleted because I am a basic? Should I file another? Is there a number I can call? I don't even care whether I get the money in L or USD... I just want what is due, and the support system is horrid, especially for basic users. Help, please!
