I am trying to create an alt for my account ~ I am not new to SL and have created alts before. I am getting a message that the name is invalid even after checking for its availability. I have tried different names but still cannot create a new account. Any one else having this problem or know how to help?

A friend once tried to register trumpetgod HUBBARD - got the same response. tried trumpetgodde and a few others. We finally decided that it was the word "god" within his selection causing the problem. Maybe your name choice has a restricted word of some kind?

I did try several names ~ the one I was using was "nanshe" which I don't think is any type of deity not allowed to use here  I don't know what the issue is ~ but hopefully will figure it out. thank you for your answer though. |
