I'm getting that "despite our best efforts something unexpectedly has gone wrong" message, and the grid status says SL up and the blog says nothing. Is there a problem somewhere? (Ok, clearly there's a problem, but I can't find one on my end.  )

still can't log in

Ok, on second hand linden advice - logged out and into both sl.com and forum with no problem. Supposedly that says it's not my account.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the client and still no luck.
No change made to my system between last log in and this one.

No response from LL to my email so I called the 800 number. No answer, left a voice mail, they suggested calling another 800 number. Did that, no answer, left a voice mail at that number too.
Replied to my auto-email but no response yet.
I'm able to log in on my end under a different acccount. Its not my system. My account is active and paid up through December.
I received no email saying I was reported for shaking down noobs, so what gives???
I'm now home from work and still not able to log into my main account.
