Im experiencing really REALLY slow movements. Eveyrthing stutters and I get frustrated. Any thoughts on fixing this?

Jacob, in order for anyone to help you, you need to tell us some things, like your computer specs, whether you've ALWAYS had problems like this (and if the behavior is new, when did it start), what you've already tried, etc.
