Problem Editing and saving

Hello Im new here so im not sure if this is the correct place for me to post but when I edit my characters skin tone the face wont change to the color I pick and if I try to put on eyebrows or make-up it dont work. And also after Im done with edits and click save all and go back later and work on my character the changes have not been saved. I dont know if its a bug or if its something on my end if someone know how to fix my problems please let me know I cant wait to get started meeting people and learning my way around secondlife..
