Hi all

does anyone else have to keep installing the new update? this is the 3rd time I have logged on that it has asked me to update and install the new version. it also sends Norton nuts.

How many times do I have to do the same installation?!

It sounds like Norton may be preventing it from installing properly for some reason.

I would disable Norton while you are installing.

Now, I am optimistically assuming the SL download is properly secured and at LL ;)
