the Secondlife exe stop working because the QTSTimer was unable to find a application know as the 3ivx.dll.and this is the second time it happen today.And this has happen 4 times in the past 2 months.can someone tell me what is wrong.

Not sure if QTSTimer is a opera plugin or the actual Quicktime, but you could try reinstalling quicktime to see if it asking for some drivers you might not have installed.
Looked familiar http://forums.3ivx.com/index.php?showtopic=85826 3ivx.dll is part of 3ivx (www.3ivx.com), which comes with a installer. If installing 3ivx doesn't work: a. wait for 3.5 to be released b. search the forum for Quicktime --- seems like you need to reinstall 3ivx , to get the .dll back as quicktime 7 doesnt bother installing if it is deleted or something, dont think i have that file myself tho |
