Please help, I just signed up for the free trial and I have not been able to connect for the last two hours. I've searched the technical support pages but I'm a bit slow when it comes to some of the suggestions. I'm actually lucky I can turn my computer on from a day to day basis. Every time I try to connect I keep getting the message "unable to find the server domain name". I've tried turning off my Norton security, because that is the one step I can understand, but it doesn't help, I still get the same message. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

I have the same message. My computer has the message "Cannot find Domain Server." I would also like the answer to this problem.

Turn off your firewall and see if that helps.
