Can anyone help please?
i get an error message saying the software may be incomplete or corrupt and the software will not load.

I once got this message and found out it was related to a corrupt download. Specifically, my motherboard (by ASUS) had its own hardware firewall, which proved to be junky because it was chewing up files somehow. I disabled it and files arrived with integrity. If your download comes through fine, you shouldn't see that message.
