I hope I'm in the right place, newbie here so bear with me. I've been dealing with desktops now for 12 years as an end user, but never in IT. I do understand that an operation such as SL is probably on the scale of Google or Yahoo. I understand that SL will always have technical issues.

However, as an non-IT person, I do not understand why this seems to be so f***g difficult for Linden. I mean, is this a hacker problem ? A lack of money problem ? A lack of top level equipment ? An incompetence problem ? Am I expecting too much ? It just seems to me that you do this sort of like Google or Yahoo approaches their situations, that with enough $$$$$ and talent this could actually operate extremely well. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE SL and will tell anyone to join. But...why are they having all these problems ? Thank you for your patience and time.
