Linking to a location in forums?

grateful for an answer to this.

I'm not computer savvy and barely understand the tech and code lingo so be gentle to this ever learning dummie pls

How do people post links in the forums to tp directly to their stores and other location of traffic? Is it a part of our profile that we put it in or is there a code?
