packet loss > 100%

i am on a very sucky hotel ether. the little packet loos bar in the upper right corner of my sl window says i am getting up to 237% packet loss on occasion. now i know sl is a really bitchin' system, but how can one lose more than 100% of the packets?

[ and don't try to blow tech smoke up my skirts. i am an internet protocol geek of some decades. ]

I been Dealing with the same thing since last night and not one person wants to help me either

no one can actually fix packet loss for you. it is on your end, in your environment.

i was merely reporting a bug in that illogical loss rates can be reported.
