Since Tuesday this week, I've been getting a message when I try to connect that says (in effect) "You cannot log in from this computer."
Is anyone else seeing this, know what it means, or how I might fix it?

This is still a problem. Does anyone know why it may be happening? Should I remove the software and try to re-install? Maybe rename something and try it again (if so, what)?

Its typically a message on a computer that someone had been perma-banned from.. But it could mean all sorts of things..

Uninstall SL and then download it again and try. Usually people get that message if their IP address has been banned for being bad, if this couldn't possibly be the case for you and a reinstall doesn't help then you will have to contact LL.
