Our sim is spending 56% of it's CPU time on running agents, with only 15 people in the sim. The avatars are dancing. Does an agent take more CPU time if the avatar is doing certain tasks, like dancing?
And what are "child agents"? I see 10 of them listed.
Thanks!

I don't know whether the dancing impacts the CPU usage, paulie, but "child agents" are av's in an adjacent sim.

More specifically child agents are agents are in adjacents sims that are within viewable distance of your sim and are requesting things like terrain detail and object detail and alike.
Also its not a good idea to work with the cpu on percentage time its best to click the time (ms) box and use that as that gives a real value of time used
