can anyone help me i have sent a email to support but havent heard anything back yet. i have been going on SL for 3 weeks now everything has been good but now i cant login i get 'login failed, second life cannot be accessed from this computer, if you feel this is a error please contact....' nothing has changed on my computer. this happened yesterday. thankyou in advance for any help  |

Hi Dell,
It certain does sound like a banning or suspension issue.
Is it possible that someone else that uses the same computer was causing mischief? Sometimes this kind of thing can happen as a case of mistaken identity as well. If you don't hear back from support in another day or so, I would send another email to them.

hi numa, i am the only one using this computer. i have sent another email to support. i cant see how i could have got a bann as i didnt do anything wrong at all as far as i know  but i am starting to hope it is a ban as then it isnt my comp gone funny and i will get back on at some time. thanks for your reply and your help dell |

Your more likely to get a faster resolution by phoning them up if possible, it may not be you sometimes that by by subnet ip and in some countries that doesnt works as it will ban the whole isp and not just a street

i have logged on to my partners account from my pc. he closed his the same time i got blocked so it could be that. i have had a reply and it just told me to call the support lines. i have been trying to call them all this time but i cant get through, could be because im not in the UK. i got on sl last night for a few hours only to find half of my house and contents gone. so i just took it all down looks like the only thing i can do is keep sending emails. im giving it a week if it hasnt been sorted im closing my account. im paying for this and not even getting on it im just a little mad with it all. |
