This error message generally indicates that your account is on administrative hold. These blocks may be automatically placed as the result of documented cases of fraud, use of Second Life by a minor, or exceptionally flagrant abuse activity. Note that if you've shared passwords or other login activity with others, these actions may not have occurred on the account you are attempting to log in with!
