Hello, It seems i had the login problem like some of you did... I did succeed to reset the password for my main account and it's now working. Concerning my alt, I did receive the mail, the link was working, and there it did ask me my confidential question. So i did answer, but did say my answer was wrong... Now anytime I try a reset, it keeps saying they're not able to modify my password and that I should contact them... Badly, my alt is not a premium anymore, which means i can't use tickets... Please help  I really don't know what I could do... PS: oooops seems someone were having the same problem on the post just under... Please forgive this one... |
