CTRL Key Problems

This morning out of the blue, every time I press the CTRL key my pointer turns into a hand, and the object I'm focused on will move as I drag the mouse.

I've used both CTRL and ALT for camera movement for over 18 months now with no problem until now, evidently this is a new little "enahancement" that LL has decided to give us, grrr.

I relogged, no good.
I cleared cache and relogged, no good.
I cold-started my PC, no good.
I uninstalled and re-installed SL, no good.

Has anyone else run into this, and if so, help, please?

ctrl-alt, can do some very strange things for me, sticks to zooming in and out and other oddities,

i use alt-gr key to do the same but touch ctrl-alt a few times and it goes loopy, till a relog.
